If I had to guess, the reason she never got sent up the river for all the really violent things she did is because of a lack of rock solid proof that would have held up in court. But now that she's facing a rap of interstate transport of minors for the purposes of prostitution, that will be a lot easier to prove, and bet on Feds giving her a really long sentence for it (provided she actually did it) with the full understanding that she's actually done a lot of violent sheeyt in her life.
