An interesting fact, after the Nazis were defeated in war the Americans decided to recruit a large number of the German scientists into the U.S. military for our own research.
They were big into research on psychological warfare (hypnotism, drugs, etc.), and if you notice the military likes to experiment with drugs and mind programs on their soldiers. So why wouldn't they experiment on their own citizens?
