My daughters and I went out to dinner and spent some family time together. As a father of triplets (one stayed home with mom) it is important to spend quality time with your family.
I recently read a book called the "Board Room" and the premise of the book was to dedicate quality family time with each of your family members.
Once a quarter (90 days) you should spend at least a 4 hour block with you family member. Just one. They get to plan and pick out what to do during the day. No screens, phones are placed on airplane mode. This way you can't take calls but you can take photos to document the event. You will be amazed at what your family members want to do and how much fun you will have without distractions.
"You strengthen the whole by separating the parts." Read the book and let me know what you think.
