i think just because it hits a new exchange platform doesnt mean it will instantly go up, but if a crypto goes up or down it is usually around this time from my knowledge of a month or so of trading.
Edit: with it being on binance, yeh its good on another exchange but it also makes it easier for people to change from binance to another crypto, so it may not work in favor of Raiblocks
