a relic!

Yes! it's pretty old! : )

Vinyl RULES !!! I will follow your lead under the same heading and do a record a day for a while. Thanks for a cool idea, and it is so good to see other vinyl junkies here on Steemit.

I wish i had bought more a long time ago! It was a often a tough a choice between beer money and records. This one i got from a yard sale years ago... "Marta" had good taste in music. I ended up selling quite a few of those i got from from her once when i needed money. I wish i could have stuck it out and kept them. All really great 60's releases like the Beatles and Stones...

For me they really are precious .... unfortunately some I inherited from friends and family are not playable.. and I end up keeping them just for the cover art {grin} ...

The covers alone are worth hanging on the wall! That might be the worst part of music nowadays is no 12 x 12 art

I dug this oldy out for you ... one of the better covers... I will take some pics tonight and post soon under 'vinyl' tag.

I love Neil. Got into it in my teens and even tried to play his stuff on guitar. I could do a mediocre version of Tell Me Why on acoustic! Haha.

That's a lot to cover in your post. I salute your ambition! I've got some Neil vinyl still... i wonder if there were singles back in the old days. I never thought about it as i always went for the L.P.s thinking it was a better deal. Now i'm really attracted to singles for the sleeves and art and sometimes they're different versions

There definitely were singles .... I have a big pile which were given to me but none in playable condition. As regards the detail I put into the posts around music legends I had to try and find an angle to get noticed. It did pay off after a while.
