What is Vote Interest Pool(VIP)?
VIP in a new project and an initiative to reward voters for... well... voting. You are already given this from the 25% deducted from post rewards and given to the curators as part of the Steemit platform standard. With VIP, you will be rewarded on top of this.
Similar to @steemsports, but the main goal of VIP is to progress the Steemit platform and have more steem/sbd/steempower distributed to everyone. The more everyone one can get, the better.
In order for VIP to be successful, it will need the community's help. As far as I seen here on Steemit, it shouldn't be much of a problem. Almost every user is rethinking how they use a social platform and trying to help Steemit grow. I am confident we can accomplish this and everyone can feel the VIP treatment.
VIP Feature
Every new post will feature a "VIP Feature" post created by fellow Steemians. To better the Steemit community in quality, this feature was created to support verified users on Steemit and get the community interacting more together.
In order to be featured on a VIP Feature, jump on Steemspeak radio and say hello and meet others in the Steemit community. Who know's, you may run into @charlieshrem or @ned in there :)
Once verified and we know you have a voice and are not a robot, You will be randomly queued to have your most recent post for the day to be featured for the VIP Feature. once you made it on the random queue list, one of your most recent posts will be featured once every 3 months to allow others to be featured.
VIP Bonus
The @voteinterestpool account will automatically vote the post featured for VIP Feature on the authors account.At the bottom of the post, there will be 2 topics to choose from. Choose one and leave a comment giving reasons why that is your choice. The comment with the most votes will earn a reward of 5% from the pool.

Example:
If the VIP post hits a reward value of $500 after 24 hrs, automatically roughly $125 will be deducted for the 25% curation voting rewards.
The 75% remainder:
50% in SteemPower value of $187.5 will go to the @voteinterestpool account for the author post curation reward.
10% goes to the author on "VIP Feature" at roughly $18.75 value in Steempower
The remaining 40% rewards will be roughly $168.75 and distributed to 300 voters if the post reached $500 by 300 votes.
Everyone will receive roughly $0.5625 value in SteemPower.
So let's shoot for $1000+ so everyone who votes will get over $1 worth of SteemPower!

I've been a Marvel guy since I was a kid. They're cleaning up in the cinematic universe these days and the Netflix originals have been great so far.
Many of their ideas were derivative in their early days. You can draw many parallels between Peter Parker and Clark Kent, Tony Stark and Bruce Wayne. But I have always given Marvel credit for taking on bigger issues. Social issues. Once the X-Men arrived the parallel of being a mutant and being something dehumanized (and feared) by society in real life.
They were first to the scene to give their characters stakes which seemed meaningful. The Marvel Universe has long been sweeping with space-faring beings and deities. It's such a rich tapestry.
They also perfected the crossover where a large story arc can be referenced in specific issues of several monthly pubs. This has carried over to the MCU beautifully as events in each movie and show touch the others in often meaningful ways.
I'm sounding like the biggest fanboy right now. I don't read comics any more but Marvel will always be in the top spot of my nostalgic memories.

Wow, the Marvel vs. DC question is going to bring all the grognards out of the woodwork. I know it brought me out!
Both companies have been in business for a long time, and they've both put out some amazing stories. There's a lot to like about both - DC has some of the most iconic pop culture figures out there, what with Batman, Superman, Wonder Woman, and so on. At the same time, Marvel is an absolute juggernaut as well - Captain America, The Amazing Spider-Man, and so on.
They're really quite evenly matched when it comes to their main line issues. If anything you've got to look at the broader forays into television and movies as well. Here it's mixed as well - while I think that the Marvel Cinematic Universe edges out DC, many of the DC television shows are damn good. The Flash and Arrow are personal favorites of mine. Then again, Marvel's Netflix shows are fantastic - Luke Cage being an amazing example of this.
Honestly it's a toss-up. Besides, there's no reason to adhere to just one comic book continuity. There's enough room in our hearts to enjoy both Marvel and DC comic books, television shows, and movies, isn't there?

Hello @voteinterestpool, i noticed that you and me have been victim of Flag abuse. I strongly believe this account is set up by someone on Steemit, if you check out https://steemit.com/@brat92 , he has recently been down voting us and others. I have the idea that recently we have been targetted by perhaps a Troll account. It's weird cause recently i have had an issue for flagging, there might be a particular suspect.
