If you have set your New Year resolution, congratulation, I greet you in a special way because we’ve actually joined the large amount of people who have make it a tradition to always draw a New Year’s resolution of which before the middle of the year, many of them will have forgotten the goals. I will never forget my groups, I have my accountability partner ready with me to make sure that all my girls are well stick to to the very end.
Goal should be something that we are conscious of, something to guide us throughout the year and make us see the results that will surely come out of the entire year. If goals are not well done or well formulated, they will not come up with the end. Doesn’t listen, believe goes are properly set. It goes our way down in the way that it should be.
I mean goes the normal way above what you have actually planned. We are not overdoing it all over exaggerating your expectation for the year 2025 in your goals if you are so sure of this. Then your goal should be achievable and SMART.
If you have a SMART goal, I mean you are specific and the time bound aspect of it is realistic in every way possible, then you will see your goals to become something that is achievable for if that’s not the case, that goal. That is always a duty. We just be an adviser generation as it is a smokescreen, a flimsy fantasy wish you wish for but he never did at the end.
