"In it's roots the idea was good, but in practice it didnt go that good as I planned"; and that's exactly what an experiment is, brother!
How do you think about dedicating your curation efforts into content creators, too, and not exclusively just content? I think one of the major issues is after a certain amount of time when a content creator puts in efforts to upload quality content but do not receive a flow of "support" or "appreciation" the light of quality slowly dies out in them. But regular support could be a strong motivator for creators to keep on grinding.
