RE: I Got A New Job (Sort Of)

in #vlog7 years ago

I know what I would do, TRAVEL. Haha. Seriously though, take that test and pass it and take the job, but I would use the job to jump start the traveling. Make a 90 day plan once you start that job to leave it and travel. Save the money and make sure your passport is good to go and go to the nearest Thai embassy or consulate near you and get the multiple entry tourist visa. It's good for 6 months that can be stretched into 9 months if done right. Once here you can find a place to live and bootstrap your affiliate marketing empire. Life is cheap out here and the internet is great. You can live off $600 a month if you have to. I don't know what you make but to live in Cali I am sure you have to make more than that a month. Do a youtube search for "Chris the Freelancer" and look at his Thailand videos. He has one about living for $600 for one month. www.Johnnyfd.com is a website to check out. He has lots of living in Thailand information. If you have any questions just hit me up on facebook.

Thanks for the info. Taking the job does seem loike the smart move.

Yeah, I wouldn't do it as something permanent but as a way to quickly stack some cash so you can travel and work full time on that affiliate marketing. I am looking into doing the affiliate marketing for sure. Looking forward to the videos you said you might do on how you did it.
