Dude do more vlogs 😀
Thanks, yeah... they're coming soon, I think 😎
Like, nice to see you back at it 😆🤘
hahah omg your restaurant/gym sounds awesome. I really enjoyed hearing your perspective on this. I hadn't thought about the fact that prey vs. predator require different levels of muscle/fat.
I know the whole "keto" and "paleo" type things are pretty hyped up right now - but i've seen a lot of benefit from it. I've been eating "low lectin" for about 4 months now and my body feels amazing - even though I don't work out nearly as much as I should. lol It's kind of a mix between keto and paleo - but it's all about reducing the toxins you consume. It's been pretty interesting to experiment with.
That being said... I had a huge sandwich (not quite manwich level though) and cookie for lunch today... so i'm pretty chill with it. haha
Yeah lol, I can't imagine a life completely devoid of manwiches, it would cause a lot of inconvenience as a steembird. "low lectin" sounds interesting... will look into it.
Oh hells yeah, put me in a tiger costume! Now we are on the same wavelength. lol
Loving these videos! I would totally go to your restaurant gym ;)
Thanks @maryjaney! Gonna hold you to that 😎
Really dig these 3 vlogs
I hope to see more soon
I don't think eating meat has much to do with building muscle lol. Sure tigers have lots of muscle, but so do deer. A deer is all muscle. That's why they run so fast. Most wild animals are muscle. If you ever eat deer, elk, rabbit or most wild game, it's all meat, almost no fat. Humans are the fattest fucks on the planet because we've become so physically lazy and pathetic. And the animals we eat from farms are unnaturally fat. Fish is actually kinda fat, probably because they need to stay warm in cold water. Animals like seals, polar bears, whales, etc. can be quite fat. It's mostly to do with genetics and lifestyle. But I do like the restaurant idea hah.
Good points, still wonder if there might be some correlation even though it’s not consistant across the board
Great video! Thats a good idea. The restaurant should have a pull up bar and each pull up gives you 1% discount off your food. 100 pullups food is 100% free. So it rewords you for how much work you put in.
Yes, in fact this gym may also reward people in Steem for working out
Definitely interesting👍
That gym/restaurant idea sounds pretty rad. Def would go well in a LA or here in NYC but especially Cali.
PS- now tye wolves there are outta control and there are major problems due to them having no predators. At least that’s what Rogan says all the time on the podcast
Btw I just started a meat and greens only diet. Will let you know how it goes
Interesting, will look into that, didn’t realize Rogan mentioned it
But I dont want to be a tier 😉 ;)
