I'm not sure yet. I was messaging them back and forth earlier, and the last thing I got from them was that they were afraid if they sent another it would get lost or damaged in over sea shipping, and that it would take 20-30 days. They ended by telling me they would like to give me a $5 refund instead, but I payed $15 for the bit. So I told them I wand a full refund or a new bit. That was the last I got from them 2 hours ago.

Talked with them this morning they agreed on a full refund after trying to only refund $10
