Are Fitness Trackers Worth It? | My Experience With Fitbits!

Hello amazing people of the blockchain, today I am sharing with you all my personal experience with fitness trackers. I know a lot of people may be wondering if they should even invest in one, and if it would even help in their fitness journey. My answer is absolutely, they have helped me get in tune with my body on levels I wouldn't have been able to without it! I have recommended them to all of my clients and they love it too!

There are so many reasons why investing in a fitness tracker would be beneficial for you. I go into all of the reasons in this video. I also even tell you how I was able to get a new one for half the price ;)

Wow you're a personal trainer as well?? I notice you only have 50 suscribers on Youtube. Wouldn't it be smarter to go all in on Steemit? Just wondering. Yes, everytime I go into Best Buy or the Apple Store they are everywhere! I think they are so effective because it's hard to manually record what you are doing. Over time the analytics and research will show you where you are trending health wise. I use a Fit Bit and also My Fitness Pal to record my calories and macros! I'm excited for someone else on here to be growing the fitness community, keep up the great work Paola! :)

My belief is that it’s not smart to go all in on anything lol I never put all of my eggs in one basket. Although most of my focus has been going to steemit/dtube I do want to grow my instagram/youtube as well.
I use my fitness pal too! So helpful for me. I’ve learned so much about myself haha

I find them indispensable.They can really push you to best ur personal records.

Always thought about using one at least for cardio, just havent gotten one. Thats all I would use it for though.

Why just for cardio? Heart rate?

Yeah, arent they pretty accurate for burned calories too?

great post idea :) i think this would definitely help give a more realistic idea of your progress as I'm always super off in my guesses of how much exercise I've done each day

Haha yes! I agree with that, although they are still off I trust it more than what I would just guess lol

In my case it was I found it on the ground. No one was around the band was broke it is a fitbit charge 2 $160 so I bought a 20$ charger for it and it works well. Downloaded the app made an account synced it game on. But I have heard you cannot replace the battery so when that dies your device does to. TBH all this could pretty much be done with a phone app and I am sure you can make something for the BPM that can be charged with your phone. Which would replace the fitbit completely for less the 160$ But i do like it.

Yes its worth it as it would show the actual figure of your laziness or the agility. In a way ,it helps motivate you to work harder!

indeed fitness tracker has vital importance in our life. i am 100% with your seide because now a days life is too much swift people can not go for morning or evening walk they just want to have every thing at home. so these trackers are too much helpful to maintain their health

I think for the average exerciser just getting out there, yes they are great.

However, Ive used fitbits and apple watches and I always go bak to my trusty Polar.

I have lifecycle app on my phone that tells me my steps and a whole lot of other information. Since I always have my phone on me it's quite nice and also having SleepCycle app the track my sleep as well.

As for real fitness, the fitness tracker devices were very unreliable.

I would wear my polar FT4 and the fitness tracker would be so off.

It was annoying. I would like to get the bluetooth polar to connect to the app and to get a bit more details of my workouts.

I even remember a HUGE long post about how unreliable Fitbits were when working out.

I was using one on my apple watch for a while and was counting everything!...then 2 month later....hahahaha
