I would do the snails i had them before kind of taste like beef the way i had them. Crickets i had dipped in chocolate didn't really care for them and snakes no thanks but i have had ell many time about as close to snake as you can get always get it when i go out for sushi the fresh water and salt water type that are cooked never sold raw dew to parasites But some good eats.
