That was probably the shutter speed going slow because of low light. The slower the shutter then brighter picture but more blur. For natural motion it is recommended to use a shutter setting that is twice your FPS. So 30 frames then 60 shutter. 60 fps then 120 shutter. I'm not sure of all the settings you can control with that camera but if that is an option then it is what is recommended for video to have normal looking motion. You will notice that using this rule you need a lot more light indoors and a lot less outdoors.
