Keep it up brooo

I like what you said about missed opportunities. I think this applies to everything in our lives. There are many times for myself that I look back and think, if i had only taken the chance or done that differently. What might have been the change or outcome. It's often the fear of failure or change or even sometimes success that holds us back in these situations and for that we regretfully don't open the door when opportunity is knocking. My Steemit experience so far is a story of me not letting that happen. I have always wanted to write, always thought I have ideas to share. Even have aspirations of writing a book. For one reason or another I have not siezed the opportunities to do these things, maybe for all the fears listed above. I was somewhat fearful when I started here on Steemit but quickly decided that this is an opportunity to capture all those desires I've had in the past. I've jumped in with both feet and haven't looked back. This is my chance and whatever the results I will be able to say I gave it my all. So far I'm loving every minute.

That was a very intelligent comment.
Glad that you started again!

Your Steem School website is not online yet, right? Looking forward to seeing it.

We all do stupid shit when we're younger, good that you got reconnected with that friend. Should really give you some extra motivation when you can train with someone else.

It is online but not officially done.

Wondering that you seem to notice such a big difference between creatine vs non cratine.
I always only get 1-2kg water weight and veeerry slight strength gains.

How tall are you? 90kg with 12% sounds impressive if you're under 1.90m

My leanest was 83kg at 181cm looking somewhere between 9-10% and boooy that was hard to maintain during the summer :D

1.80m tall and currently 86kg with around 15% bf.

For me so far today I have made an effort to reach out to my few connections on steemit to keep the relationships going and just to support them.

I am about to start a small contest to help a couple minnows gain a little bit of SBD and help myself gain some auto upvotes.

Then I will finish the day buy writing my daily Awakening series and if time allows I'll upload another nightcore track to Dtube.

Sounds good KA.

Btw. do you do any form of martial arts? Lifting is good for strength but martial arts also balances your fine motor skills and really is healthy for one's mental state and discipline

Nobody in my gym beats me in terms of discipline, but I agree that it is a very good thing for the mental state.

So no, I don't do martial arts anymore, can't really do 50% lifting and 50% bodybuilding, I tried it.

100% bodybuilding has more benefits than 100% martial arts.

Ok but you also need to work on dexterity or all that strength will have no practical use, so maybe when you are where you want to be and just have to maintain you can find something to balance body movements and stance. As for the mental do you meditate? clinical studies prove that only 10 min a day improves focus massively.

I wonder how you get the idea that physical strength has no practical use, anyway, I want to talk with you about meditation later.

No what I meant is that physical strength without dexterity and body control has, let me correct it a bit, little use. Except maybe to chop wood and even that is done more efficiently with fine tuned body control.

Strength is better than weakness.
Courage is better than cowardice.
Joy is better than guilt.
Honour is better than dishonour.
Freedom is better than slavery.
Kinship is better than alienation.
Realism is better than dogmatism.
Vigor is better than lifelessness.
Ancestry is better than rootlessnes.
