MY VOCAB PRACTICE

  1. Journal
    He flipped the pages with care, afraid of ripping the journal left by the king of pirates.

  2. Journey
    Like all the heroes, he went journey to find his meaning in life. He ended up saving the world.

  3. Adjourn
    Do you realize how many months you have adjourned this task? There's a limit to procrastination you know.


These three were too much fun to write! This is the first time I discovered the meaning of the word "adjourn" even though I'm sure I heard it somewhere.

The judge adjourned the trail...
