MY VOCAB PRACTICE:

1. Delinquent:
   It was just the reason they needed to start rounding up the delinquent bums from around the neightborhoods.
2. Relinquish:
   Everyone they spoke with relinquished all the information they new about the hiding places.
3. Derelict:
   I might be living in one of derelict buildings with the drug dealers dealing from the place to the outside junkies living on the streets.
