MY VOCAB PRACTICE:

1. Par:
   The other chess players in this room are below the par I am used to playing at.

2. Subpar:
   You could say a lot of my work here has been subpar because I neglect taking the time to enliven it.

3. Compare:
   I compare way too much!

4. Parallel:
   Have my responses paralleled other responses found in this thread in any way, shape, or form?

5. Disparage:
   Is it wrong for me to disparage a person who is an intraspecific parasite?
