I would also like to comment on the pretty pink images attached to the post, if I may. Hope it doesn't trigger you.

What all of them have in common is that they ensure the woman has no personal responsibility.

Walking in a warzone doesn't cause death, bullets do.

But maybe be clever and don't walk into a warzone, unless you are willing to risk being shot.

Now of course in the ideal world (indeed, this is the case in much of the developed world) it is safe for a woman to walk home alone at night and not have to worry, but you know what?

I'm a MAN nearly 2 meters tall, weighing around 95 kilos, and I won't walk intoxicated and alone in a bad part of town.

It's called common sense. I suggest you embrace it.
