That is the absolute worst case scenario.

  • "Don't hit your brother!"
  • "That spanking should teach you not to hit him!"
  • "If you hit him again, you're getting spanked again!"

All the while you haven't initiated violence ever, further skewing how you understand how to defend yourself and stand up for yourself. It's cancerous.
