Part 3 - EMPLOYEES MATTERS AS WELL

Here I'll be laying more emphasis on the employees. Let us not forget the fact that our employees matters as well.
Customers comes first but that doesn't mean the employees don't matter. Treat your employees well 'cause they deserve it, you can't pay your workers a low, flat wage and expect them to deliver 100% it doesn't work that way, pay a reasonable amount of money.
Customer contact employees should undergo training, in order to teach them the basics for a good customer service.
Once in a while try to reward good service to serve as example to other employees by doing this you'll be giving your employees a reason to do well thereby making them put in more effort.
Treat your employees well and you'd be amazed at how effectively their work can be done.
