At any point in life, never let a bad situation occurrence bring out the worse in you, thou some men will love to see such but always learn to control your emotions.
It is impossible for a man that never eat yam to vomit yam, men will always stretch you to your elastic limit just to know how far you can bear things.
But if you've trained your body, emotions, it will be difficult for men to see the worst in you.
Always choose to stay positive and be the strong person that God created you to be.
