After seeing their trophy hopes ended by Manchester United on Saturday, the coach admitted he does not expect things to change quickly
Mauricio Pochettino has suggested it will take another four years to develop a winning mentality at Tottenham – even if he is not the man in charge.
Spurs' hopes of a first trophy since 2008 were ended for another year on Saturday, as Manchester United came from behind to beat them 2-1 in the FA Cup semi-final at Wembley.
Midfielder Dele Alli, who broke the deadlock before Alexis Sanchez and Ander Herrera turned the match around, claimed afterwards that his side must learn to see out key games against top opposition.

I think Pochettino's mind is right there for the trophies but the mentality of the Spurs just give more to wish. In the Champions League everyone saw that. The players don't have the strength necessary for the big matches. Just last week they lost against Manchester City and (maybe) was part the strategy of Pochettino plus the bad pressure of the players. Great post!
Good point, if they can get some experience players, I see them capable of doing anything, they have a good squard already.
