Had to get all the angles on this beauty. ππ I'm probably one of the biggest fans of eggs bennies in the morning, so when my mom tried to sway me away from that section of the menu to give the Croque Madam a chance, I was stubborn to say the least. But, of course I gave into my mom and gave it a try. And seriously do I have to say anything about the dish? I think the photos speak for themselves. It was pleasing to the eye, layered with flavour, and left me full and nourished to take on the day. Love love love. Also peep the truffle shavings on top ππ
