Cost per Serving: $4.00
Cooking Time: Under 10 minutes (assembly + blending)
Ingredients
1 cup frozen banana
1 1/2 cups Greek yogurt (non-fat or low-fat recommended for better macros)
4 tbsp peanut butter powder
2 scoops chocolate protein powder (brand of choice)
1/2 cup Fairlife milk (or any high-protein milk alternative)
Equipment
Blender (high-speed recommended)
Measuring cups and spoons
Bowl and spoon for serving
Instructions
Prepare Ingredients:
Gather all ingredients. Ensure the banana is frozen for a creamy, ice-cream-like texture.
Blend the Base:
In a blender, combine:
1 cup frozen banana
1 1/2 cups Greek yogurt
4 tbsp peanut butter powder
2 scoops chocolate protein powder
1/2 cup Fairlife milk
Blend on high until smooth and creamy. You may need to pause and scrape down the sides of the blender.
Check Consistency:
If the mixture is too thick for your liking, add a splash of Fairlife milk and blend again. Aim for a thick, spoonable smoothie bowl consistency.
Serve:
Pour the smoothie mixture into a bowl. Optionally, garnish with toppings such as a sprinkle of peanut butter powder, crushed peanuts, or a drizzle of sugar-free chocolate syrup (optional toppings not included in macros).
Enjoy:
Serve immediately as a meal replacement or split into two portions for a high-protein snack.
