Step-by-Step Instructions:

    • Rest another pan or plate on top of the mushroom (without pressing).

  2. Sear and Shape the Mushroom:

    • Flip the mushroom after a slight sear develops, and repeat the process with the plate on the other side.

    • Continue until the mushroom flattens into a steak-like shape.

  3. Marinate the Mushroom:

    • In a bowl, combine beetroot juice, garlic powder, soy sauce, onion powder, smoked paprika, salt, pepper, and olive oil.
