Ingredients
For the Boraks:
🐔 3 cups cooked shredded chicken
🫒 1 tablespoon olive oil
🧄 3 cloves garlic, minced

🫑 1 green bell pepper, diced

🌮 3 tablespoons taco seasoning
🌿 1/2 cup cilantro, chopped
🍋 Juice of 1/2 lemon

🌯 14-15 flour tortillas
🫒 2 tablespoons olive oil (for brushing)
For the Avocado Cilantro Lime Sauce:
🥑 1 avocado
🌶 1 jalapeño
🌿 Cilantro, to taste
🥄 1/2 cup mayonnaise
🥄 1/4 cup sour cream
🍋 Juice of 1/2 lime
🧂 1/4 teaspoon salt
Instructions
1- Prepare the Boraks:
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Line a baking tray with parchment paper.
- In a large skillet, heat 1 tablespoon of olive oil over medium heat. Add the minced garlic, chopped onion, and both diced bell peppers. Sauté for a few minutes until the vegetables are softened.
- Add the shredded chicken and taco seasoning to the skillet. Stir to combine, cooking everything for an additional 2 minutes.
- Squeeze the juice of 1/2 a lemon over the chicken mixture. Add the chopped cilantro and mix well. Remove from heat.
- Place a flour tortilla on a flat surface. Spoon some of the chicken mixture onto the middle of the tortilla. Sprinkle with cheese, then roll it up tightly. Place seam side down on the prepared baking tray.
- Repeat for the remaining tortillas and filling.
