Ingredients

🥚 3 eggs
🌾 1 cup flour
🥄 1/4 cup sugar
🧂 1/8 teaspoon salt
🍨 1 tablespoon vanilla extract
🧈 4 tablespoons melted butter
🥛 1 and 1/4 cup milk
🧴 Cooking spray
🌰 Pistachio cream for filling or Nutella
🍓 Strawberries (optional)
🫐 Blueberries (optional)
🌿 Crushed pistachios
🍫 Melted chocolate for topping


Instructions

1- Prepare the Batter:

  • In a large mixing bowl, whisk together the eggs, flour, sugar, salt, vanilla extract, melted butter, and milk until smooth and lump-free.

2- Preheat the Pan:
