Ingredients
🥬 1 pound of spinach
🧅 1 small onion
🌶️ 1 red bell pepper
🫒 2 tablespoons of oil
🐔 1 teaspoon of chicken bouillon
⚫ 1/2 teaspoon of black pepper
🌶️ 1/2 teaspoon of paprika or smoked paprika

Instructions
1- Prepare the Vegetables:
- Chop the small onion and red bell pepper into fine pieces.
- Wash and roughly chop the spinach.
2- Sauté the Vegetables:
- Heat 2 tablespoons of oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
- Add the chopped onion and sauté until translucent, about 2-3 minutes.
- Stir in the red bell pepper and continue cooking for another 3 minutes until slightly softened.
3- Season and Add Spinach:
