Ingredients

🥬 12 oz bag of frozen spinach (or fresh, steamed and squeezed dry)
🌰 1 cup artichoke hearts (chopped)
🥛 1 8oz block of cream cheese
🥄 1/3 cup mayonnaise
🥄 1/4 cup sour cream
🧀 1 cup mozzarella cheese
🧀 1/2 cup mozzarella cheese (for topping)
🧀 1/2 cup white cheddar cheese
🧀 1/2 cup parmesan cheese
🌶️ 1/2 teaspoon chili flakes
🧂 1/2 teaspoon salt
🌶️ 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
🧅 1 teaspoon onion powder
🧄 1 teaspoon garlic powder
🌶️ 1 teaspoon paprika

Instructions

1- Preheat the Oven:

  • Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).

2- Prepare the Ingredients:

  • If using frozen spinach, steam it and ensure all excess water is squeezed out. If using fresh, make sure it's steamed and dry.
  • Chop artichoke hearts into small pieces.

3- Mix the Base:

  • In a large mixing bowl, combine cream cheese, mayonnaise, and sour cream until smooth and creamy.

4- Add the Veggies and Cheese:

  • Fold in the spinach, artichoke hearts, and 1 cup of mozzarella cheese. Mix well until fully combined.
  • Add the white cheddar and parmesan cheese; stir until evenly distributed.

5- Season the Mixture:

  • Sprinkle in the chili flakes, salt, black pepper, onion powder, garlic powder, and paprika. Mix thoroughly to ensure even seasoning.

6- Prepare for Baking:

  • Transfer the mixture into a cast-iron skillet or a casserole dish.
  • Sprinkle the remaining 1/2 cup of mozzarella cheese on top.

7- Bake the Dip:

  • Place the skillet or dish in the oven and bake for 30-35 minutes, or until the cheese on top is fully melted and the dish is bubbly.

8- Prepare the Baguette:

  • Slice a baguette at an angle. Brush each side with olive oil.
  • Once the dip has about 10 minutes left, place the bread in the oven for a few minutes on each side until golden and crisp.

9- Serve:

  • Remove the dip from the oven. Serve hot alongside the toasted baguette slices, tortilla chips, or your favorite dippers. Enjoy!
