Today we decided to make waffles that won't ruin our figure - cottage cheese waffles.

We took:
200 grams of cottage cheese;
2 eggs;
40 grams of whole wheat flour;
2 spoonfuls of sugar;
half a teaspoon of baking soda.

Mix cottage cheese, eggs and sugar, add flour and baking soda.
5 minutes in the waffle iron and the waffles are ready!
