Ingredients

For the Grinder Dressing:
🥄 3 tablespoons mayonnaise

🥬 1 cup lettuce, shredded
🧅 1/4 cup red onion, thinly sliced
🥒 1/4 cup garlic pickles, chopped
🌶️ 1/4 cup pepperoncini, sliced
🍅 1 tomato, sliced
🍖 4 slices hard salami
🍖 4 slices ham
🍖 4 slices pepperoni
🧀 4 slices provolone cheese


Instructions

1- Prepare the Grinder Dressing:

  • In a small bowl, combine the mayonnaise, red wine vinegar, submarine dressing, red pepper flakes, oregano, minced garlic, Parmesan cheese, and parsley.
  • Stir well to combine. Season with sea salt and black pepper to taste. Set aside.

2- Assemble the Wraps:

  • Lay a flour tortilla on a flat surface. Spread a generous amount of the grinder dressing over the entire surface of the tortilla.
  • Layer the lettuce, red onion, garlic pickles, and pepperoncini evenly across the tortilla.
  • Add the tomato slices, followed by the hard salami, ham, pepperoni, and provolone cheese.

3- Wrap It Up:

  • Carefully fold in the sides of the tortilla, then roll it tightly from the bottom up to secure all the ingredients inside.
  • Repeat the process with the remaining tortillas and ingredients.
