Ingredients
🦐 200g shrimp, peeled and deveined
🍣 200g salmon fillet, skin removed and cut into chunks
🧄 4 cloves garlic, minced
🧈 2 tablespoons butter
🧄 1 teaspoon olive oil
🧂 1/2 teaspoon salt
🌶 1/2 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
🍋 Juice of 1/2 lemon
🍝 300g fettuccine pasta
🧀 1 cup Parmesan cheese, grated
🥛 1 cup heavy cream
🧃 1/2 cup chicken broth
🌿 Fresh parsley, chopped for garnish
Instructions
1- Prepare the Pasta:
- In a large pot of boiling salted water, cook the fettuccine according to the package instructions until al dente.
- Drain and set aside.
2- Cook the Seafood:
- In a large skillet over medium heat, add the olive oil and butter.
- Once melted, add the minced garlic and sauté for 1 minute until fragrant.
- Add the shrimp and salmon to the skillet.
- Season with salt, pepper, and lemon juice.
- Cook for 3-4 minutes until the shrimp are pink and the salmon is opaque.
