Ingredients

🦆 1 whole duck
🌟 2 tablespoons Kinder's BOLD Recipe Seasoning
🍊 1 tablespoon Orange Seasoning
🌶️ 1 tablespoon Spiceology Black and Bleu Seasoning
🥣 1 cup All-Purpose Flour
🛢️ Vegetable or canola oil for frying
🍊 1 cup Orange Sauce

Instructions

1- Prepare the Duck:

  • Open the package of the whole duck and remove any internal contents, if present.
  • Pat the duck dry with paper towels to remove excess moisture.

2- Season the Duck:

  • Generously coat the duck with Kinder's BOLD Recipe Seasoning, Orange Seasoning, and Spiceology Black and Bleu Seasoning.
  • Rub the seasonings thoroughly over the skin to ensure an even flavor.

3- Prepare the Wings:

  • Carefully cut through the joints of the duck to remove the wings.
  • This may require a sharp knife, so proceed with caution.

4- Fry the Wings:

  • In a large deep pan or fryer, heat the oil over medium-high heat until it reaches approximately 350°F (175°C).
  • Gently place the coated duck wings into the hot oil, being cautious to not overcrowd the pan.
  • Fry the wings for about 7-10 minutes, or until they are golden brown and cooked through.

5- Coat with Orange Sauce:

  • Remove the golden brown wings from the oil and place them on a paper towel-lined plate to drain excess oil.
  • Transfer the fried wings into a large bowl and pour the orange sauce over them.
  • Toss the wings gently in the sauce until they are evenly coated.
