Ingredients

🐟 2 salmon fillets
🍯 3 tablespoons honey

Instructions

1- Prep and Cook the Potatoes:

2- Prepare the Honey Garlic Glaze:

3- Cook the Salmon:

  • Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  • Place the salmon fillets on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Brush the glaze generously over the salmon.
  • Bake for 12-15 minutes or until the salmon is cooked through and flakes easily with a fork.

4- Cook the Broccolini:

  • While the salmon is baking, heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat.
