Ingredients
🥩 6 lamb chops
🧄 4 cloves garlic, minced

Instructions
1- Season the Lamb Chops:
- Pat the lamb chops dry with a paper towel.
- Rub them with salt, oregano, smoked paprika, and 1 tbsp olive oil.
- Let them marinate for at least 15 minutes.
2- Sear the Lamb Chops:
- Heat a skillet over medium-high heat and add 1 tbsp olive oil.
- Sear the lamb chops for 3-4 minutes per side until golden brown and crispy.
- Remove from the skillet and set aside.
3- Prepare the Herb Butter:
- In the same skillet, melt butter over medium heat.
- Add minced garlic and sauté until fragrant.
- Squeeze in fresh lemon juice and stir in chopped parsley.
4- Coat the Lamb Chops:
- Return the seared lamb chops to the skillet.
- Spoon the herb butter over them, coating each piece well.
5- Prepare the Asparagus:
- In a separate pan, sauté the asparagus in butter for 3-4 minutes until tender.
6- Plate and Serve:
- Serve the lamb chops over creamy mashed potatoes.
- Drizzle with extra herb butter and garnish with fresh parsley.
- Add sautéed asparagus on the side.
