For the Sliders:
🥪 8 slider buns
🧀 1/2 cup shredded Italian cheese blend
🧀 1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
Instructions
1- Prepare the Chicken:
- Season the sliced chicken breast with your favorite seasoning. Set aside to allow flavors to meld while you prepare the sauce.
2- Make the Alfredo Sauce:
In a saucepan over medium heat, melt the butter.
Add minced garlic and sauté until fragrant, about 1 minute.
Pour in the heavy cream and stir to combine.
Add garlic powder, onion powder, lemon pepper, paprika, and Creole seasoning. Mix well.
Slowly incorporate Parmesan cheese into the sauce, stirring continuously until melted and smooth.
3- Cook the Chicken:
- In a separate pan, cook the seasoned chicken pieces over medium-high heat until fully cooked, about 6-7 minutes, ensuring they are browned on all sides.
4- Assemble the Sliders:
Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
Place the bottom halves of the slider buns in a baking dish.
Layer the cooked chicken evenly across the bottom buns.
Drizzle generously with Alfredo sauce.
Sprinkle the Italian cheese blend and mozzarella cheese over the top.
Place the top halves of the slider buns on each.
5- Bake the Sliders:
Cover the sliders with aluminum foil and bake in the preheated oven for 10 minutes to melt the cheese and toast the buns.
Remove the foil and bake for an additional 5 minutes for a crispy top.
6- Serve:
- Remove from the oven and let cool slightly. Serve warm.
