Ingredients

🌾 4 cups Kataifi pastry (shredded phyllo dough)
🧈 4 tbsp of unsalted butter
🥜 1 cup of pistachio butter
🥄 4 tbsp of tahini
🥥 1 cup of chopped pistachios
🥛 2 cups of plain yogurt
🍓 1 lb fresh strawberries, diced
🍫 16 oz (1 lb) Dark chocolate
🥥 2 tbsp of coconut oil


Instructions

1- Prepare Kataifi Pastry:

2- Toast the Kataifi:

  • Add the butter to a pan and melt over medium heat.
  • Add the chopped kataifi to the pan and toast until it becomes golden brown and crispy. This should take about 5-7 minutes. Ensure you stir constantly to prevent burning.
  • Once toasted, set it aside and allow it to cool completely.

3- Mix Dry Ingredients:

  • In a large mixing bowl, combine the toasted kataifi with chopped pistachios.

4- Add the Wet Ingredients:

  • Stir in the pistachio butter and tahini until the mixture is well-incorporated and sticky.

5- Incorporate the Yogurt:

  • Gently fold the plain yogurt into the mixture until it is uniformly combined.

6- Form the Bites:

  • Line a sheet pan with parchment paper.
