I thought I’d go take a look at some of the new NFTs trading on LooksRare.org ….

LooksRare is the new big competition for OpenSea.
Supposedly the Fees are much lower to buy or mint NFTs there.
Many of the NFTs start at .1 Ethereum….
So $400 starting price…
Some are a lot more … like this Doodle for $5,000,000
To test It out I sent $20 of ETH to my Metamask wallet on LooksRare.
There was a $10 fee for that.
Ouch !
Next I needed to convert my Eth to Weth (wrapped Ethereum) there was a $34 Fee for that.
Hmmm… lots and lots and lots of fees.
I thought maybe I will just buy some of the new LOOKs token and stake to earn 800% APR …
The Cost to do that ? Only $236 ???
Forgettaboutit.
What am I doing wrong here ????
I guess I’ll just share my Artwork here on VYBrainium , POB, Waivio, Dtube, etc …. Learn to be happy with a few hundred dollars a day.
I’m not ready for NFTs yet. Maybe next year.

Mint your NFTs on Hive or WAX. This LooksRare shit looks like a major cash grab scam to me.
I minted some on both those …. Hive and Wax…. Sold none on Hive …. Sold out on WAX. But they resold for way more.
so LooksRare is only available on Ethereum?

Those darn fees! :( i was using btc before and paying much, then used bch and it was way cheaper. I'll try to use DOGE or SHIB later if I can.
Those fees tho! That was the same issue when using Uniswap to sell DTC, unless selling major money, it wasnt worth it. Now on Binance chain it is doable...
I sell all my DTC, RVN, Bitcoin, Litecoin, Hive, etc on Ionomy … zero fees ….
Just convert to Litecoin before you send to Coinbase to cash out … super duper low fees.
