🛢️ Oil for frying
Samosa Roll Glue:
🥄 3 tablespoons plain flour
🥄 3 tablespoons water
Instructions
1- Prep the Meat Mixture:
- Heat a pan over medium-high heat and add olive oil and diced onions. Cook for about 5 minutes until the onions are tender.
- Add minced garlic and ginger paste, followed by chicken bouillon, paprika, black pepper, chili flakes, garam masala, cumin, and coriander. Stir well to combine.
- Add the ground beef, mixing thoroughly, and cook until the beef is cooked through, about 10 minutes.
- Season the mixture with salt, then stir in the frozen peas and carrots. Cook for 3-5 minutes until the vegetables are heated through.
- Remove the mixture from heat and let it cool completely.
2- Make the Flour Glue:
- Mix together plain flour and water in a small bowl until smooth.
3- Roll the Samosa Rolls:
- Lay an egg roll wrapper out in a diamond shape. Place approximately 2 heaping tablespoons of the cooled beef mixture onto the wrapper.
- Fold the bottom corner over the filling, then fold both sides in towards the center. Roll upwards and seal the edge with the flour glue.
- Repeat this process until all the filling is used.
4- Fry the Samosa Rolls:
- Heat oil in a frying pan over medium-high heat. Carefully fry the samosa rolls until they are golden and crispy.
- Drain on a wire rack or paper towels. Serve hot and enjoy the crispy goodness!
