Ingredients
🥝 4 kiwis
🍋 2 lemons
💧 4 cups of water
🍬 1 cup of sugar
💧 Additional water (as needed)
Instructions
1- Prepare Ingredients:
- Peel and chop the kiwis into small pieces.
- Slice the lemons in half and squeeze the juice into a blender, removing any seeds.
2- Blend Mixture:
- Add the chopped kiwis to the blender.
- Pour in the 4 cups of water and add the sugar.
- Blend the mixture until smooth and well combined.
3- Strain:
- Place a fine mesh strainer over a large pitcher and pour the blended mixture through to strain out the pulp.
- Press down on the pulp to extract as much liquid as possible.
- Discard the pulp and any leftover solids.
4- Adjust & Chill:
- Taste the strained lemonade and add more water if you prefer a lighter flavor.
- Chill in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes before serving.
