Welcome to a delightful fusion of indulgence and refreshment in our Ultimate Coffee Smoothie Delight. Courtesy of Steve Owens from the YouTube community, we bring you an irresistible concoction that blends the rich essence of coffee with the creamy luxury of ice cream. This coffee smoothie goes beyond the traditional cold coffee, incorporating layers of flavor that make for a truly magnificent midday pick-me-up or a decadent dessert.

Ingredients:

- 2 shots of espresso, frozen into coffee ice cubes

- 2 scoops of high-quality vanilla ice cream (optional)

- 1 cup of full cream milk (half a cup per serving)

- Fresh whipped cream, as desired

- Optional toppings:

- Bailey's Irish Cream, for a boozy kick

- Unsweetened cocoa powder for dusting

- Additional espresso shot for the topping

- Espresso shot truffles, for garnish (recipe upcoming on Steve's channel)

Instructions:

1. Begin by preparing coffee ice cubes in advance. Brew two shots of espresso and pour them into an ice cube tray. Freeze until solid.

2. To create the smoothie, add one coffee ice cube per drink into a blender.

3. Include one scoop of vanilla ice cream per serving into the blender.

4. Pour in half a cup of full cream milk per drink.

5. If you prefer a sweetened drink, add sugar to your taste at this stage.

6. Secure the lid onto the blender and blitz for a couple of minutes or until you achieve a smooth consistency.

7. Pour the smoothie mixture into glasses, leaving a couple of inches of space at the top.

8. Gently pour an extra espresso shot over a spoon onto the top of each smoothie to create a layered effect.

9. Add whipped fresh cream on top, mimicking the crema of a cappuccino.

10. For an adult version, trickle a little bit of Bailey's Irish Cream over the whipped cream.

11. Dust a touch of cocoa powder for that perfect finish.

12. If available, garnish with one of Steve's espresso shot truffles for extra decadence.

13. Insert a straw, serve immediately, and enjoy the ultimate coffee experience!
