Toffee Oat Milk Latte

Welcome to the joy of crafting delightful beverages! Today, we're going to recreate an amazing recipe by our amazing Meaghan Grace from her YouTube channel, where she's combined the subtle sweetness of Nespresso with the creamy texture of oat milk and the rich flavor of English toffee syrup to create the perfect morning or afternoon pick-me-up: an Iced Toffee Oat Milk Latte. This drink is ideal for those who enjoy a touch of sweetness without overwhelming their palate. So let's dive right in!

Ingredients:

- 1 Nespresso Ice Leggero pod (or any double espresso pod)

- 1/2 cup Califia Farms Oat Milk (or your preferred oat milk)

- 3 pumps sugar-free English toffee syrup (Torani or similar brand)

- Ice cubes

Equipment:

- Nespresso machine

- Frothing device (such as Aeroccino 4)

- Measuring cup

- Glass

Instructions:

1. Start by preparing your Nespresso machine with the Ice Leggero pod and brewing a double espresso shot. Set the espresso aside to cool slightly.

2. Pour the oat milk into your frothing device, filling to the max foam line. If you tend to prefer more foam, it's okay to fill a bit above this line, but ensure you can still close the lid securely.

3. Add three pumps of the sugar-free English toffee syrup directly to the milk in the frother. This will allow the syrup to integrate well as the milk froths and warms.

4. Froth the oat milk and syrup mixture on your preferred setting to achieve the level of foam you desire. Note that if the oat milk has been open for some time, the froth may not be as full, but it will still blend nicely with the espresso.

5. Once your milk and syrup mixture is frothed, fill a glass with ice cubes to your liking.

6. Pour the frothed milk over the ice, leaving room for the espresso.

7. Gently pour the brewed espresso shot over the frothed milk and ice.

8. Stir the latte to combine all the flavors evenly.

9. Serve immediately and enjoy the subtle, sweet toffee notes paired with the creamy oat milk and robust espresso.
