🥩 8 oz steak, cubed
🍗 8 oz chicken breast, cubed
🧀 1 cup shredded cheese
🧄 1 tsp garlic powder
🌶️ 1 tsp Cajun seasoning
🧂 1 tsp all-purpose seasoning
🫒 2 tbsp oil (for cooking)
🥛 1/2 cup heavy cream
🧈 2 tbsp butter
🍅 1/4 cup diced tomatoes

Instructions:
1. Bake the Potatoes
o Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
o Scrub potatoes, pierce with a fork, and rub with oil and salt.
o Bake directly on the oven rack for 50-60 minutes until tender.
2. Cook the Steak & Chicken
o Season steak and chicken with garlic powder, Cajun seasoning, and all-purpose seasoning.
o Heat 1 tbsp oil in a skillet over medium-high heat.
o Cook steak for 2-3 minutes per side until browned. Remove and set aside.
o Add remaining oil and cook chicken for 5-6 minutes until golden and fully cooked.
3. Prepare the Sauce
o In a saucepan, melt butter over medium heat.
o Add diced tomatoes, heavy cream, and shredded cheese, stirring until smooth.
o Season with salt and pepper to taste.
4. Assemble the Loaded Potatoes
o Slice baked potatoes open and fluff the insides with a fork.
o Add shredded cheese, then layer steak and chicken on top.
o Drizzle with creamy sauce.
