🌶️ 1 (5 oz) pack Bayou Marine chili mix
🧅 1 onion, chopped
🧄 1 head garlic, minced
🌶️ 2 fresh jalapeños, seeded & minced
🥩 2.5 lbs chili meat or ground beef
🥣 32 oz beef broth
🫘 1 (15 oz) can kidney beans, drained
🫘 1 (15 oz) can pinto beans, drained
🥫 1 (10 oz) can mild Rotel
🥫 1 (6 oz) can tomato paste

  1. In a large pot, add the chili meat or ground beef, chopped onion, minced jalapeños, minced garlic, and the Bayou Marine chili mix. Mix all the ingredients well and cook over medium heat until the meat is browned and the onions are translucent.
  2. Stir in the tomato paste, ensuring it is thoroughly integrated with the meat and vegetables.
  3. Add the drained kidney beans, pinto beans, Rotel, and beef broth to the pot. Mix all the ingredients together until well combined.
