Ingredients
🥣 1 cup oats
🍯 1/4 cup honey
🍓 Handful of strawberries, sliced
🍌 1 banana, sliced
🫐 Handful of blueberries
🥄 1 cup Greek yogurt
Instructions
1- Prepare the Base:
- In a mixing bowl, combine the oats with honey, mixing until the oats are fully coated with honey. This will be your granola base.
2- Layer the Ingredients:
- Line a baking tray or a shallow dish with parchment paper. Spread the honey-oat mixture evenly across the bottom, pressing it down to form a firm base.
3- Add Fruit and Yogurt Layers:
- Evenly distribute sliced strawberries, bananas, and blueberries over the oat base. Ensure an even spread so each bite is packed with fruitiness.
4- Top with Greek Yogurt:
- Pour the Greek yogurt over the fruit layer, using a spatula to spread it evenly across the fruit and oats.
5- Freeze:
- Place the tray into the freezer and let it freeze for 1 hour, or until the yogurt is solidified.
6- Serve and Store:
- Once frozen, remove from the freezer and cut into snack-sized bars. Serve immediately for a refreshing treat. Store any leftovers in an airtight container in the freezer for up to a week.
