Hope Kied feels better soon! Ash is still coughing off and on too. Perhaps I should bring over some of the new cough syrup I made? Its got like 20 lung herbs in it. I got an old school percolater for my coffee now, no plastic, love it!

I think I should bring some, it is definately helping Ash. I've got a (hopefully) quick thing to do then I'll message before I pop by :) Do you want some Kefir grains too? I did a post about them yesterday and have had no takers. Something new to try :)
