I am not sure that I am going to move. That still remains an open question in my mind.
I am still married to Pat. We have property here in Florida and in Ohio already. If I was to buy something in Nevada. That is getting to be a little much for older people. It would have to be a minimalist place to stay at from time to time. I don't think that is reasonable.
Unless the kids are willing to stay here in Florida alone. And as old as they are. They should be able to do that. They would need to get a good job and get established first. They have been here less than a month.
Katie has been here nearly a month. They both need to be working.
I have a good friend that wants to move to Nevada if he can find any property out there that he likes.
I can stay with him from time to time. I would then have time to look for a property myself if he finds something.
Las Vegas is a big city now. When we first starting going out there. There were only a few thousand then.
Now it is over 600,000 and still growing I think.

There are other smaller towns and cities nearby. The only drawback if any. Is water.
Dry climate. Little to no rain or snow. Colorado River and Lake Meade the principle water source.
And some distant mountain snow melt off water in the spring.

I think the water available factor can be managed. But, it is still a concern anyway.
Thank you for your input and support. I greatly appreciate it.
