The day has arrived. My life has now changed forever. You will see it or maybe you won't. I am letting you know now. So that you won't be surprised. My interaction on Steemit is going to change drastically.
But, enough of that. For today. I want to show you and tell you what I see and what I know to be true.
So, with that introduction. We begin with our first photo and story of my coming Steemit life changes.
We will be floating along on the streams and rivers of life. The dye is cast. The players are ready.
We will be untied today. Patiently the vehicle that carries us along awaits.
Maybe you know that our Granddaughter Katie is coming to stay with us for an extended period of time. I will show you a photo of her now. If I can get myself to do what I should do. We will be showing you videos of our workout plans.
It is my goal to transform my old/er body into something more attractive and healthy as well. With her help. She will be my motivator in the beginning.
See what you think. No, not me. I am not overweight much at all. Maybe 5-7 pounds if you want to squeeze the limits.
Youth is what drives the world now. Not age. But, if I will try to be presentable. I might get to ride along with all that energy?
Now. If you know me at all. I didn't have this in mind. Ha
There was a reason for Pat and I to be looking at this furniture. I won't go into that here.

So, in order to get to a greater degree of health than I am now. I look at various foods. Such as these.
For Honey Crisp apples. That is a good price.
Mangoes anyone? While what I have been showing to you is good food and it is fruit.
Fruit, though being natural, has sugar. So, I would need to limit my intake of that as well.
Still. The natural appeal of goodness continues to call out to me. Ha
This is new to me. I have not ever noticed this before.
I like onions. That seems to be a good price?
I do like the Bartlett Pears. More natural sugar. Oh well.
Raw sauerkraout? I thought that all sauerkraut was raw? I must be confused. Ha
Zucchini Bread?
Or Rye Bread? You do know that most so called Rye Bread is not that at all. If you look at the ingredients. Wheat flour is the first item listed on the bread sack.
Luckily for me. The Amish know how to make "Rye Bread." I do see "bread flour" as one of the ingredients. Could that be "wheat?" My guess is yes. Ugh on that
To close out this post. We show what has been used in the past to feed the hungry peoples of the world. The Amish are not so quick to adapt to this though.
And with that my Friends. I end my work and post for today. I may not be posting for a few days now.
I have shown to you some of the distraction and my heart is not in it right now.
Steemit has been and always will be on my mind. I do not think that Steemit is going away.
And I will never leave Steemit. It looks to be likely though that my activity and posting will be much less.
But, I know that there are many many thousands of Steemians active in posting each day.
Eventually. It will be millions. So, you will have plenty of choices.

OK, I have so much to say...first of all "You got this."
See if you can convince Miss Katie not to rush through her life. You're right... she has time.
You're not entirely on mark with youth being everything. I have a lot of respect for "seasoned to perfection" "Tried, tested and true as the day is long." If you had asked me intellect and strength trumps appearance any day of the week.
Now get back to that store and buy us a jack fruit so you can report on the smell of it and the taste. Apparently it smells foul but is to die for from a taste perspective. I have never eaten one, let alone seen one for sale in a grocery or fruit stand here in the part of Canada where I live, but it's actually on my list of foods to try if I ever have the chance to. ;)
Here is what I see in you.
I see beauty and intellect. That is what the world, including myself looks for.
Sorry. It is a world of flesh that we live in. Ha
But, even if we are old/er. We don't have to give up. We can do as well as we can. I was so happy that Katie came to us now. I needed it and so did Pat. I have neglected myself some. That is going to change.
I want to be a good looking older man that cares about both appearance and intellect.
Will we be able to drag Pat along on our journey???

My life is not my own. It wasn't before. Now it is double less likely that I can decide the
where, the what, and the whens in my life now. lol

I understand this dynamic now. Alright. I will accept an agreement to pick up a jack fruit some time when or if you come across more for sale in your travels.
Yes, flesh can turn the world a little quicker and open doors easier. I can't deny that.
However, I have always thought that when it comes to "being sexy" nobody actually needs to reveal their flesh. It's more in how they choose to project their charisma, or not that amps up their attractive qualities. Nothing wrong with being in shape and being accountable to someone (including yourself) for the lifestyle choices we commit to. ;)
I am not going to be the one that gives up. But this ongoing reply is going to be one of the longest ones on Steemit. Ha ha Love it.
I will not debate you. I would just lose........ Oh wise one.
But, my day is not my own as you know. I am a prisoner of my own success.

As an old/er man. I have neglected taking proper care of myself. Didn't see the need.
But, we are going to change our thinking and our physical appearance with Katie leading the charge.
The youth has so much energy. And the seeing of it is some motivation to do better.

I think you are sadly mistaken sir about not taking care of yourself. Just from what I have seen and read, I think you are definitely holding your own very well!
I'm glad that you will have a workout buddy soon, that's always a huge plus! Your granddaughter is a very pretty young lady, if you ever feel the need for a shotgun, I'm your man!

Oh yes, you have an excellent goal in life and you are right, have a healthy and young body, it's great! On vegetables and fruits on your photos, I understand that you are on the right path, because these products have always been a source of vitamins and, accordingly, health and youth! By the way, jack fruit is very common in my country, Indonesia. It has nice and strong aroma. We call it "nangka". Try google it. It has sweet taste, sweeter than those Barlett Pears.
