And I would definitely say the same if I saw your area of the world...I bet there's some pretty magnificent sights to see...the rolling hills...the ocean...the old architecture...

I live in the hills which is lovely but I miss the ocean, Mrs Percy and I will move to the coast in the next couple of years. We were both originally from coastal towns and we always lived on the coast while we travelled overseas.
The old architecture where I currently live is amazing, I'll miss that but you can find it most places. I've only ever bought brick Victorian properties, they're awesome.
